I'm currently working with a leading top tier Legal 500 practice with a national reach that are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor or Associate into their growing award winning team based in Leeds.

The role will entail providing a wide range of general and specialised commercial property advice which requires good knowledge of landlord and tenant work, options, pre-emptions and overage agreements, development agreements and leases, investment work and corporate support work. Typical clients will include; Developers, Corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, Property Investors, including family trusts, private office and global institutes.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and ambitious solicitor with 2+ years PQE working in a busy corporate team.
