Our client is a well-established and known regional high street with offices across the North West with a great reputation for providing strong training and progression opportunities for its staff. An opportunity has now arisen for a Costs Draftsman to join their specialist costs team on a permanent basis at offices in Greater Manchester.
As a costs drafter you will support our client's various litigious departments in recovering costs and dealing with adverse costs orders on behalf of its clients. This will include preparing costs schedules and estimates, bills for detailed assessment, points of dispute and reply and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have gained good experience of both costs recovery and adverse costs and be able to run their own caseload of matters with support where necessary.
