Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a large, award-winning team on a locum basis. The role will be on a full-time basis, and for an initial 3 months with a view to be extended.

As Court of Protection Solicitor you will undertake a mixed-caseload of Court of Protection matters. Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing legal advice in relation to Court of Protection matters
  • Representing the organisation in formal legal proceeding, including advocacy
  • Drafting all necessary legal documents
  • Providing ad hoc legal advice in relation to other matters where appropriate
