A highly accredited and successful law firm is looking for an NQ - 5 years PQE Court of Protection Solicitor to expand their team in Bedfordshire. You will be part of a growing team that has access to a range of high quality work that is both complex and rewarding. This role will allow the successful Court of Protection Solicitor to apply their skills to a full and active caseload which will include:

  • Deputyship applications
  • Welfare claims
  • Investments
  • Property
  • Wills

You will be expected to run your own caseload to develop your skills whilst assisting the highly reputable Partners with their more complex cases. The successful Solicitor is required to have previous experience working within a Court of Protection legal environment.
