Our client, a large public sector organisation based in central Birmingham are seeking two highly experienced Property Lawyers to join their well-respected in house team.

The successful Property candidates will be able to assist the team during an exciting period of change and growth.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in all areas of commercial property, particularly in relation to CPO and major projects such as housing related projects, regeneration projects and transport projects.

Successful candidates will be adept at handling senior and high value cases unaided and providing legal advice at Board level. Candidates must be able to forge constructive working relationships with ease and explain decisions to non-legal members of staff.

The projects the successful applicant will be responsible for will be of high value and have considerable impact in local areas.

This role the perfect opportunity for experienced solicitors (or equivalent) with private practice background to break in to the public sector arena, and a great CV builder for those with prior experience.

Our client is open to considering full and part time working hours and can offer competitive rates.
