Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit for a Permanent Credit Control Team Leader for a nationwide organisation. This role will be based in their Manchester City Centre office. The organisation has won several prestigious awards for its innovation and employee satisfaction. The organisation is currently going through a period of growth and change and has identified the need for a Credit Control Team Leader to ensure the smooth running and effective collection of debt in the team.
Reporting to the Credit and Collections Manager, the Credit Control Team Leader will:
- Deliver and manage monthly target estimates
- Ensure rigorous collection activity is maintained
- Ensure efficient prioritisation of tasks amongst the team to ensure targets are met and adhered to
- Deliver training and coaching to the team and assist with personal development of individuals
- Regularly monitor performance and address any issues effectively
- Escalate any roadblocks and issues as and when necessary to the relevant member of staff
- Drive the collection of credit owned debt
The organisation is looking for a motivated and driven individual who recognises the importance of personal coaching and development. The ideal candidate for this Credit Control Team Leader role will be an engaging, driven and inspirational leader who will encourage personal development and assist with the coaching and training of the team and individuals as and when necessary.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous management experience within a fast-paced environment, be a strong and capable leader who is performance driven. Previous experience of working in a Credit Control environment is essential for this position.
