Customer Call Advisor
Nights - 5 nights on, 5 nights off
Stafford

Our client based in Stafford are looking for a Customer Call Advisor to work nights on a 5 nights on, 5 nights off rota with an immediate start

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Call Advisor;

  • Answer and make phone calls and respond to emails
  • Resolve enquiries and complaints
  • Cross-sell products and services
  • Maintain customer records
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


Essential criteria of the Customer Call Advisor;

  • Previous experience is essential
  • Good level of Education (e.g to GCSE standard in Maths and English) or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic DBS
