Customer Satisfaction Officer required to work with a Staffordshire/Shrewsbury based organisation. My client are seeking an experienced Customer Satisfaction Officer to join their team on a part time, temporary basis.

As the Customer Satisfaction Officer you will support the Customer Service team in regards to carrying out telephone surveys.

Responsibilities of the Customer Satisfaction Officer include:

  • Undertake telephone surveys
  • Support corporate objectives around engaging customers and involvement activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Required skills and experience of the Customer Satisfaction Officer:

  • Must have previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Must possess a vehicle and valid driving license
