Customer Satisfaction Officer
Customer Satisfaction Officer required to work with a Staffordshire/Shrewsbury based organisation. My client are seeking an experienced Customer Satisfaction Officer to join their team on a part time, temporary basis.
As the Customer Satisfaction Officer you will support the Customer Service team in regards to carrying out telephone surveys.
Responsibilities of the Customer Satisfaction Officer include:
- Undertake telephone surveys
- Support corporate objectives around engaging customers and involvement activities
- Deliver excellent customer service
Required skills and experience of the Customer Satisfaction Officer:
- Must have previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Must possess a vehicle and valid driving license
