Our client, a Public Sector organisation in Chesterfield is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a full-time temporary basis

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor roles will include:

  • Dealing with queries on behalf of social housing tenants
  • Managing queries from tenants relating to rent arrears, repairs, lettings
  • Escalating queries to the relevant department where necessary
  • Managing complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensuring data is correctly applied to the system

The suitable candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally with some housing related experience
