Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
Responding to first point of contact enquiries via phone and mail
Taking calls to diagnose and report repairs
Discussing rent and taking payments
Discussing Anti-Social Behaviour/tenancy management issues and providing advice
Essential/Desirable experience of the Customer Service Advisor:
Possess strong IT skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent customer service experience
