Customer Service Advisor

Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively looking Customer Service Advisor for an organisation based in Leeds.

This role would be on a temp - permanent basis with the opportunity of starting immediately.

Start Date: Immediate

Job type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 37Hrs p/w

Location: Leeds (Office Based full time)

Salary: Neg.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Responding to first point of contact enquiries via phone and mail

  • Taking calls to diagnose and report repairs

  • Discussing rent and taking payments

  • Discussing Anti-Social Behaviour/tenancy management issues and providing advice

Essential/Desirable experience of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Possess strong IT skills with ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Excellent customer service experience
