Our client, a leading housing association is looking for an excellent Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis in Staffordshire.

The duties of the role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers at reception via the telephone and face to face
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer the calls to the correct person
  • Deal with and handle rent payments from tenants
  • Handle any queries from tenants and external agencies
  • The suitable candidate must possess excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
