Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of a progressive client who deals with the maintenance and repairs of Social Housing properties. An exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Manager has risen, the opportunity involves leading the administrative team to ensure the identification and implementation of good practices.

The Customer Services Manager will have a base in the East Midlands, however, due to Covid-19 adjustments candidates will be able to take advantage of some of the remote working options.

The main responsibilities of the Customer Services Manager are:

  • Leading the Customer Care and Admin teams, ensuring that a high quality and cost-effective service is delivered to tenants
  • Providing proactive and effective management and administrative staff
  • Monitoring and controlling expenditure in accordance with designated budgets
  • Accurately planning in work
  • Ensuring contract documentation is maintained

As the Customer Services Manager you must have:

  • Knowledge surrounding the Housing sector AND/OR the maintenance sector
  • Knowledge of Housing and Maintenance Systems
  • Work Scheduling/Finance/Commercial experience is desirable
