Data Analyst

Home based - Newcastle Office

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to provide support to the Planning and Insight team of a large social housing organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The organisation are currently running two projects in which the Data Analyst will be expected to support.

Duties of the Data Analyst:

  • Two projects consist of performance Reporting Framework (to support with data reconciliation) and customer Satisfaction Framework (to provide text analysis of qualitative data from our customer survey data and review our internal survey processes and propose improvements)
  • Carry out other responsibilities that are at the discretion of the line manager where necessary

Requirements of the Data Analyst:

  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and knowledge and experience of Power BI
  • Ability to communicate and present complex information/findings in meaningful terms tailored to a range of audiences, through for example written concise reports and briefings
