Data Analytics Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager required to join a rapidly growing accountancy and business advisory firm based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Assistant Manager within Data Analytics to join their dynamic and growing team.

As the Data Analytics Assistant Manager you will provide support to client facing teams across the country completing Data Manipulation and Analysis. You will work within a team carrying out varied duties including:

Key responsibilities of the Data Analytics Assistant Manager

  • Supervise a team of Assistants, Senior Assistants and Associates.
  • Perform quality review and manage work output of team ensuring they are to required time and budget.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are adhered to.
  • Engage with company's client facing teams on operational performance.
  • Engage with company's senior stakeholders compiling forecast information from across business.
  • Report monthly to stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with support systems and processes e.g. support to process improvement and change.
  • Deal with internal queries across all teams within business.

Required skills and experience of the Data Analytics Assistant Manager

  • Experience of managing people in similar environment.
  • Extensive experience within people manager role.
  • Experience using Advanced Microsoft Excel (advantageous).
  • Experience compiling MI and Performance data.
  • Experience of implementing a Quality Framework.
  • Senior Stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and desktop applications.
  • Experience of workflow management systems and best practice (advantageous).
