Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal to join a large local authority in the Midlands on a remote basis.

The successful Debt Recovery Paralegal will join a friendly and supportive team. This role is part of a project and will involve supporting 1 Solicitor in the recovery of debts owed to the Council. Some of the duties will involve:

  • Drafting legal documents
  • Updating and maintaining the case management system
  • Liaising with third parties

Experience of working within debt recovery is preferable for this role, however experience in other areas of civil litigation may be considered.

This position is initially for 3-6 months but with a potential that it will be extended beyond this.
