Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Lawyer to join the legal team of a large and well respected local authority, on a remote basis.

The role will be part of a project team focusing on the recovery of a large amount of debt. The successful Debt Recovery Lawyer will carry a caseload of debt recovery matters; including debts in relation to Adult Social Care, property and general local government debt. It is expected that this role will initially be for 6 months, however there is a possibility that the role may be extended beyond that.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a local authority background, however the client is happy to consider applications from a private practice background with relevant experience.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Natalie Atherall in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
