Deputy Finance and Performance Manager

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an interim Deputy Finance and Performance Manager for an NHS organisation in the West Midlands.

Key responsibilities for the Deputy Finance and Performance Manager

  • Complete the month-end
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis of variances and discuss the findings with the Finance & Performance Manager
  • Provide narrative for the Board Report as an explanation of variances
  • Produce the finance report for the monthly divisional meetings
  • Attend departmental meetings to discuss the financial position and highlight any concerns within the figures
  • Supervise and oversee a colleague and fellow team member

Essential experience for the Finance and Business Manager

  • Experience working within the NHS
