Development Delivery Administrator
Newcastle upon Tyne

Our client based in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Development Delivery Administrator:

  • Delivering a broad range of administration duties to support the Development Delivery Team in meeting its strategic and operational objectives including:
  • Updating spreadsheets and development systems with accurate technical information.
  • Diary management and organising meetings
  • Preparing and sending out meeting agendas and supporting documents.
  • Compiling minutes/action summaries from team meetings and project/working groups.
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate project and audit files.
  • Scanning key documents and sending these to internal and external teams as required.
  • Assisting with compiling accurate and timely new homes marketing material to help promote the new homes.
  • System Updates with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Electronic File Management of Project & Audit Files
  • Diary Management, Meetings, Agendas, Minutes

Essential criteria of the Development Delivery Administrator:

  • Experience of working within an office / administration environment (D)
  • Experience of working within a customer services environment (D)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365
    o Specifically, Excel
    o Word
    o SharePoint
    o One Drive
