Development Sales Administrator

Full Time, Temporary


Sellick Partnership are working with a public sector organisation in Gainsborough who are currently seeking a Development Sales Administrator on an initial 3 month temporary basis

Salary: £18,117

The main purpose of the role is to support their Development Team with delivery of objectives relating to development and sales activities, including financial transactions and process monitoring

Responsibilities of the Development Sales Administrator:

* Holding accountability for the administrative and processing support services that enable the achievement of development and sales objectives

* Assisting the New Homes Sales Manager with the delivery of outright market and shared ownership new build property sales arising from the new development programme

* Providing cover for the New Homes Sales Manager for sales and marketing activity in order to maintain sales pipelines, potentially including liaising with prospective purchasers on site

* Supporting the New Homes Sales Manager to deliver all sales targets through monitoring of solicitors and performance targets

* Providing general administrative and transaction processing support to the Development Team using all internal processes and systems

* Supporting the Development Team for the new build programme through effective administration and document management

* Ensuring all filing and documentation meets audit requirements for internal and external purposes

* Liaising with all partners including local authorities to provide development monitoring information
