Our client is a leading full service regional law firm that is ranked in the top tier of Legal 500. Due to continuous growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Your New Role
The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of Dispute Resolution work including;
- Contract disputes
- Company disputes
- IT disputes
- Construction disputes
- Property disputes
- Contentious probate/trusts disputes
The ideal candidate will;
- Be a Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE
- Have proven experience of successfully handing a diverse range of Litigation and be able to deliver the best client advice
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to draft straightforward documents
- Have the ability to work unsupervised when necessary
