My client is highly regarded, Legal 500 accredited law firm, offering the full range of legal services to individuals, businesses, and organisations. Their practice has a phenomenal focus on client care, and credit this focus as the foundation for their success.
This expanding team is now recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their renowned team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in Dispute Resolution, and experience managing their own caseload. Applicants should have demonstrable, applicable knowledge covering these areas as this case-load will include a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters. This included the following; contractual disputes; property disputes; contentious probate disputes.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
- Running your own cases as appropriate for your PQE
- Providing high levels of client care
- Assisting more Senior lawyers in dealing with high intensity, high value commercial disputes in the High Court
- Getting involved in the implementation of the Department's Business Development Plan
- Generating new Clients for the Department
