My client is a highly regarded, top tier Legal 500 accredited law firm, offering the full range of legal services to individuals, businesses, and organisations. Their practice has a phenomenal focus on client care, and credit this focus as the foundation for their success.
The Dispute Resolution team is doing incredibly well so they are now recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their renowned team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be NQ - 3 years PQE and will have experience managing their own caseload. Applicants should have demonstrable, applicable knowledge in Commercial Litigation as this case-load will include a variety of litigation matters. This will include but not be exclusive tocommercial contract disputes, commercial landlord & tenant disputes, debt recovery, property disputes and wills & trusts disputes.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
- Running your own cases as appropriate for your PQE
- Providing high levels of client care
- Assisting more Senior lawyers in dealing with high intensity, high value commercial disputes in the High Court
- Getting involved in the implementation of the Department's Business Development Plan
- Generating new Clients for the Department
