Domestic Violence Support Worker

Temporary, 37.5 hours

Erewash and South Derbyshire

We are recruiting for a non-for-profit organisation in Derbyshire who are looking for an experienced Domestic Violence Support Worker to join their team on temporary basis

Duties of the Domestic Violence Support Worker role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a supported housing scheme with elderly tenants
  • Allocating properties, completing sign ups and inducting customers
  • Managing low level anti-social behaviour
  • Reporting repairs
  • Completing needs and rik assessments

Essential criteria of the Domestic Violence Support Worker include:

  • An Enhanced DBS and ability to pass police vetting
  • Experience supporting those that have faced Domestic Violence
  • UK Drivers' license and access to a vehicle
