A great opportunity has arisen for a newly-qualified education and adults' solicitor at a popular East London Borough. This is primarily an education lawyer role but the successful candidate will either be trained up in adults care matters or should already have some grounding in adults' law. This is a locum contract of initially 3 months with potential for further extension.

The newly-qualified or junior education and adults' solicitor will deal with a range of matters, including but not limited to:

  • Special education needs (SEN)
  • Providing advice to schools and local authorities
  • School admission appeals
  • The mental health act
  • Adult safeguarding
  • Ordinary residence orders

Ideally our client is looking for an education and adults' lawyer, but they will happily consider those from education law backgrounds whom they will train in adults' law.

The newly qualified education and adults' lawyer will enjoy the central location of the offices, the nearby transport links and the welcoming team. This is a great opportunity which should not be missed!

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Zanub Najmi in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
