An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Education Lawyer or Senior Education Lawyer to join a thriving London local authority on a long-term locum basis.

This dynamic and collaborative local authority is looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Education Lawyer to be an integral part of the team and deliver on a range of interesting projects.

To assume the role of (Senior) Education Lawyer, you will have experience of holding a caseload of Tribunal cases. You will be advising on education and SEN matters from the beginning, drafting and submitting case responses and advising on evidence and complying with Tribunal requirements for filing. Counsel is generally instructed for final hearings.
