A west London Borough are looking for an Education Lawyer to join their team on an initial locum contract, 3 to 6 months, with the view to extend.
The Education Lawyer will deal with a variety of education law matters including, but not limited to:
- Special Education Needs (SEN), such as appeals and inclusion
- Tribunal appeals
- Disability discrimination claims
- Schools support
- Defending Judicial Review claims

Experience of education law is essential for this role and those from all legal backgrounds with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply, while local authority experience is desirable, it is not essential.
