A fantastic new Education Lawyer opportunity has arisen at a popular local authority in London. This locum assignment will begin on a 3 month contract with a view for extension and will be conducted remotely for the foreseeable future.

Our client is seeking an Education Lawyer who can hit the ground running in their busy and forward-thinking team.

The successful Education Lawyer will be running a varied caseload of education matters. They will also be preparing cases for tribunal and corresponding with parents/guardians' solicitors, therefore excellent client care skills are essential.

Education matters will include:

  • SENDIST
  • Disability discrimination
  • School exclusions & admission appeals
