A popular London Borough Council are looking for an Education Lawyer to join their team on a locum contract.

The Education Lawyer will largely be handling Special Educational Needs (SEN) matters including SEN Tribunals, alongside other education law work, such as schools admissions and advising schools and academies.

The Education Lawyer will be working remotely, so this role is also available to those who are not local to London. The council also offer flexible working patterns.

Prior experience in a similar role is essential for this role. Local authority experience is preferable but not essential. You should also be a qualified lawyer or equivalent.

The council are well-regarded and are a great team to work with.
