An opportunity has arisen for a locum Education Lawyer to join a large South East based Local Authority for an initial 6 months.

As an Education Locum you will be supported by a senior solicitor and you will predominately provide high level support and advice to schools, colleges and higher education institutions on legal cliams and implications. You will advise senior Education officers and headteachers and you will also provide some adivce in realtion to Employment Law.

Requirement for the Employment Locum:

  • Experience providing high level Legal advice within a Local Authority
  • A qualified solicitor or barrister
  • Experience with Employent Law
