Education Paralegal


£25,000-£29,000 D.O.E

Education Paralegal is required to join a local authority based in East of England on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a fantastic organisation that offers great opportunity for all its employers. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Managing a case load comprising mainly of SEN Tribunal cases and to clerk school admission and exclusion appeals
  • To assist a team of Lawyers and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases such as taking instructions and giving advice, carrying out research, preparing applications along with drafting documentation
  • Provide cover and support, including in times of absence, to other Paralegals based within the wide Adult Social Care & Litigation.

Our client is lookig for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who can show proactiveness and a real commitment to the role. We are keen to hear from candidates who have education experience or a strong childcare/ litigation background with an interest in education.
