Sellick Partnership is currently working with a shared legal service to secure education paralegals for their expanding litigation team. Our client has three sites and you have the opportunity to work in either of these sites as your base. Should candidates be able to commute to Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or Northamptonshire are strongly encouraged to apply.
You would be working with a team of lawyers who are really friendly and provide a supportive atmosphere. You will be managing a caseload of SEN tribunal cases and will also clerk school admission and exclusion appeals.
Our client is looking for candidates who are interested in a long term career path with the organisation and those who are looking to secure training contracts with the view to become lawyers. They are a very organic organisation that like to progress their colleagues to become successful lawyers. The client is happy to consider candidates that have 6-12 months paralegal experience and are CILEX qualified or those who have completed or are studying their LPC or GDL. Candidates who have experience within social care, childcare or litigation would be well suited to this role as the skills are easily transferable into education law.
Our client offers an exceptional salary for this level and long term career opportunities. They also offer an excellent benefits and pension scheme with a flexible working pattern. To avoid missing out on this role, apply now!
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
