New Flexible Education Prosecutions Legal Executive / Lawyer Opportunity

A local authority based near Sussex are seeking an Education Prosecutions Legal Executive or Lawyer who will be dealing with non-school attendees.

This is an interesting, niche role where you will manage your own casework, be clerk to school appeals and give general advice to schools. You will also be required to conduct your own advocacy. The local authority are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but they appreciate notice periods need to be met.

This is a flexible and accommodating council who can offer working from home opportunities. The contract is for an initial 3-6 months and there may be a possibility of this going permanent, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If you or any colleagues are looking to make a move into a new position, then we would be very interested in hearing from you/them.

If you are interested or would like to recommend someone who is interested, please contact Amy Swain on 0161 834 1642 or alternatively email amy.swain@sellickpartnership.co.uk

Should you recommend a successful locum, who is placed for a month or more, £75 worth of vouchers will be offered by a way of thank you.
