An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Education Solicitor to undertake a locum assignment with a friendly Local Authority based in Wiltshire.

Our client is seeking an Education Solicitor to provide advice to schools and local authorities, duties may include:

  • Handling a caseload of Education law matters
  • Dealing with school admission and exclusion appeals
  • Providing advice in relation to Special Educational Needs Tribunal

The ideal candidate will be available on short notice. The assignment will be for an initial 3-6 months but with a strong possibility of being extended.

Candidates who require either full-time or part-time employment will be considered for this role.

Our client is offering some flexibility with the working pattern, including working from home and condensed hours.
