Sellick Partnership are working with a Housing Association, who are seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will be covering across London, with the successful candidate ideally being located surrounding Lewisham, Croydon or Streatham to fit with the current team. However, applicants are welcome from all locations, provided they are willing to cover across London

Responsibilities for the Electrician will include:

  • Carrying out inspection and testing on occupied domestic properties and communal areas
  • Carrying out repairs following inspections
  • Delivering power and lighting works as required

Essential Criteria

  • UK Driver's License
  • Level 3 Electro technical studies City and Guilds 2330 or equivalent
  • 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations
