Sellick Partnership are recruiting an EMEA Reward Manager on behalf of a Financial Services business based in Central Manchester. This is a newly created role with global progression opportunities.

You will lead a small team and oversee the operational delivery of employee benefits across the UK and EMEA. You will delegate and supervise activities ensuring that staff benefit platforms run smoothly and are suitable for the employee demographic across several countries. You will work closely with the wider Reward and HR teams, including senior managers in addition to maintaining relationships with established benefit vendors. There will be opportunity in this role to continuously improve process and service.

You will ideally be an experienced Reward specialist with specific expertise in Benefits with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and developing innovative benefits strategies. Experience of managing a team is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities for the EMEA Reward Manager:

  • Responsible for leading a small team
  • Oversee the operational delivery of employee benefits across the UK and EMEA.
  • Delegate and supervise activities ensuring that staff benefit platforms run smoothly and are suitable for the employee demographic across several countries.
  • Work closely with the wider Reward and HR teams, including senior managers in addition to maintaining relationships with established benefit vendors.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and service.

Key requirements for the EMEA Reward Manager:

  • Prior experience as a Reward Manager, with specific expertise in Benefits
  • Expert knowledge of benefits including Flexible Benefits annual enrolment processes and cost analysis
  • Experience within a large matrix business would be preferable
  • Experience of working within a global business preferred
  • Experience line managing a team is essential
  • You will ideally have high levels of innovation and creation with strong analytical skills.
  • Process orientated and detail driven approach
  • Good relationship builder able to manage external vendors and senior stakeholders
