An amazing opportunity for an Employment and Education Lawyer has arisen in a well-respected local authority in Central London. This is a locum contract, 3 to 6 months, but has the potential to be extended.
The duties of the successful employment and education lawyer will include:
- Support of the Senior and Principal Lawyers
- SEN cases and other education matters.
- Unfair dismissals
- TUPE matters
- Presenting complex arguments before the Courts, Tribunals, Committees, and other legal bodies
- Relevant advice
- Settling pleadings
Further, the successful employment and education lawyer will enjoy newly refurbished offices, excellent transport links and up to 2 days working from home.
Experience of working within Local Authority is desirable but not essential, as our client will also consider those with transferable experience and skills.
