Employment and Education Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London on a locum basis.

As an Employment and Education Lawyer, you will be providing specialist and pro-active legal advice and assistance on all aspects of Employment and Education matters. This will include:

  • Disability discrimination
  • Employment claims
  • School exclusions & admission appeals
  • TUPE issues
  • Tribunals
  • Undertaking advocacy and instructing counsel when necessary
  • Giving advice on committee and other similar reports and attending committee

Both part time and full time working are on offer, whilst also working on a remote basis. Experience working in the Public Sector is desirable, however I would encourage all backgrounds to apply if you have the necessary experience.
