This client-focused legal 500 firm pride themselves on providing bespoke legal advice to their range of clients throughout the Yorkshire area. Established through building a team of highly specialist professionals, who not only have the technical knowledge but the approachable nature required in Employment law. Considering this, our client are looking to recruit a Head of Department to join their team on a permanent basis at as part of a succession plan for their current Head of Department and Partner.

The successful applicant will be contributing to the department strategy and growth of the team. As well as managing a team of 2 the successful applicant will handle a caseload of claimant Employment Law matters, progressing the cases through to settlement and be involved with business development. Having a following of clients would be preferred. Applications for this Head of Department Employment Solicitor role will be considered from candidates with 10 PQE* or equivalent.
