My city centre public sector client is in need of a senior employment law specialist to join their sizable and stable in house team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post qualification experience handling all areas of employment law.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a private practice employment specialist to gain public sector experience to strengthen their CV. You will join a very established and supportive team of 7 who deal solely with employment law matters. The employment law caseload is varied and diverse, comprising of matters such as:
- Discrimination claims
- Organisational restructures
- Project work across the organisation and HR led projects
- Dismissal claims
- Employment tribunal cases and claims
This is a role that can be undertaken on a 4 or 5 day basis and office presence is a must. Please only apply if you can be West Midlands based each day.
