Experienced Employment Lawyer required to join a reputable London Borough on a part-time, remote basis.
The successful Employment Lawyer must be able to handle complex cases and able to hit the ground running with a variety of matters; including:
- Providing advice and assistance in Employment and Education
- Conducting a predominately employment caseload
- TUPE/pensions/redundancy/unfair dismissal experience
The successful candidate must have experience of attending court on behalf of a council and conducting advocacy at Employment Tribunal.
My client is seeking a motivated legal professional who has the experience of working remotely and is confident using systems and technology. This position is a 3 month initial contract, with view to extension thereafter.
