Are you an Employment Lawyer with Trade Union experience looking for your next locum opportunity?

Our client is looking for an Employment Lawyer with Trade Union or member organisation experience, whether that be direct experience or working on behalf of a Trade Union/Member organisation.

The successful Employment Lawyer will work on a hybrid-basis, working a few days a week in their head-office based in Central London, and the rest remotely. The role is a 3 month contract, with possibility of extension and is paying between £30 - £40 umbrella rate per hour.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Undertake advocacy when appropriate, in the tribunals, courts and internal hearings
  • Provide advice and support on legal issues affecting members
  • Assist with training of staff and members on legal issues
