Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join a public sector organisation based in Oxfordshire.

Joining a small specialist team, the ideal candidate for the Employment Lawyer role will have an interesting workload consisting of the following;

  • Employment tribunals
  • Early conciliations
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Sex discrimination
  • Disability discrimination
  • Race discrimination
  • PIDA claims

Our client is looking for somebody with excellent case management skills, demonstrable drafting and negotiating skills along with fantastic written, interpersonal and advocacy skills to provide clear written and verbal advice at a strategic and local level.

The successful candidate for the Employment Lawyer role will be available to work full time, potentially for 4 days per week. This role will run for a period of 6 months, with a high possibility to be extended.
