A public sector organisation based in Birmingham are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a temporary basis.

The ideal Employment Lawyer is someone who can join an in-house team and provide a breadth of employment law advice.

This role for 6 months and genuinely provides great exposure to interesting employment law work.

The successful candidate will act as the senior employment advisor for the organisation and will be a diligent solicitor who can manage a varied caseload consisting of matters such as:

  • Discipline
  • Performance
  • Equality
  • Employment Tribunals
  • Experience of dealing with organisational change programmes and related employment law matters arising from structural change

Ideally, candidates will be available for full-time work, although candidates who can commit to 4 days per week will also be considered.

Candidates must be fully qualified solicitors or equivalent.
