An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a Central Government organisation based in Leeds City Centre.

This opportunity is anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum period of 11 months, and the successful Employment Lawyer will be required to undertake a varied employment caseload, which may include;

  • Employment based proceedings in courts, appeals and tribunals
  • Interviewing witnesses and recording witness statements
  • Conducting settlement negotations with opposing representatives
  • Liasing with key stakeholders as required
  • Advising in matters relating to Employment Law
  • Advising in matters relating to access to information and data protection
