An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the North West.
Our client is seeking a locum employment lawyer to join their team immediately, and the requirement could potentially be ongoing for up to 12 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a range of employment law matters on behalf of the local authority, including matters before tribunal, discrimination matters, TUPE, advising schools and advising HR.
Previous public sector experience is desirable although not essential. The successful candidate will be available to undertake this assignment at short notice and will be able to commit to work 3-4 days per week.
