We are delighted to be recruiting for an Employment Lawyer to join a London Borough Council on a ocum contract. This initial 3-month contract is expected to extend.
The role will be conducted remotely for the time being, with generous home-working offered once the team return to the office. The offices are also located nearby to public transport links.
The Employment Lawyer will be handling a caseload made up of matters such as:
- Unfair dismissals
- Discrimination cases
- Employment tribunals
Our client has expressed flexibility in their expectations for the experience of the Employment Lawyer, advising that local authority experience is not essential and that they will consider candidates with varying PQE, so long as they have knowledge and practice of employment law.
