Employment Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with suitable experience to take on existing legal matters and support the team.
The successful candidate will have the ability and experience to mentor junior members of staff.
Due to the nature of the work, you will be expected to carry your own caseload. Duties may include;
- Attending Employment Tribunals
- Assisting in the preparation of court bundles
- Arranging payment of fee notes
- Responsibility for general duties including issuing and filing documents and attending panels/committees as required
Employment lawyers from private practice or local authority backgrounds are encouraged to apply for this position.
