My client is a well-established niche employment practice, with an excellent reputation in the East Midlands market. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment/Civil Litigation Solicitor to join this practice on a part-time basis. The successful candidate would be joining a small team of solicitors and consultants who understand that their clients are at the heart of what they do.
This role will require the successful candidate to apply their skills to an active caseload which will include, but is not limited to: Discrimination, grievances, unfair dismissal as well as more broader Civil Litigation disputes. The ideal candidate will have contentious Employment experience, or a general Litigation background, and will have the following duties:
- Manage a caseload which will involve a wide range of Employment and Litigation Disputes
- Provide support to existing Fee Earners and to further develop own caseload
- Assisting in the promotion, development and marketing of the department
- Maintaining the integrity of the Firm at all times and to deal with clients in a courteous manner
- Advising clients with realistic and catered legal advice
This role would suit a Junior Litigation Solicitor willing to be trained up in Employment, or a more experienced Solicitor returning to work, or looking for an opportunity which will offer a healthy work life balance. Legal Executives are also welcome to apply.
In return, this firm is offering a competitive salary with additional benefits.
