Sellick Partnership are excited to be recruiting for an exceptional Legal 500 firm for an Employment Solicitor role. The firm are offering the position remotely with the personal choice of working up to 1-2 days per week within their Manchester office. This is the perfect role an experienced Employment Solicitor who is passionate and wants to join a firm with other hard working and likeminded individuals.

About The Role

The successful Employment Solicitor will engage in the following key responsibilities:

  • Drafting own proceedings and confidently managing own case load including advising on contracts and policies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients whilst ensuring excellent care
  • The option to engage in advocacy at preliminary hearings or tribunals

About You

The ideal Employment Solicitor will:

  • Ideally, have 2 - 5 years' PQE
  • Be commercially minded and a forward thinking lawyer
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Be client focused
  • Be open to being involved with continuous personal and business development
