Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a public sector organisation based in the North West for an inital 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
The successful Employment Solicitor will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, which will include;
- Discrimination claims and unfair dismissal
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Settlement agreements
- Data protection issues
For the right candidate full time and part time working patterns can be considered, as well as some working from home arrangements.
Local authority experience is desirable but candidates from a private practice background are also encouraged to apply. The role will be covering an increase in workload on the team and initially be for a three month period.
